Through hole Tap

Feature:

• A through hole can be transformed to threaded hole. (M1.0, M1.2, M1.4, M1.6, M1.7, M2, M2.5, M2.6, M3)
• Various things can be screwed on.
• Taping type comes with an adsorption film therefore please remove it by pushing from the opposite side after reflow.
• The adsorption film can be easily removed with the jig. (P/N: TH-JIG).

Material:

Brass (Finish: Tin plating over nickel base)

• Applicable PCB thickness
  Over t 1.6 mm (TH-1.6 series)
  Over t 0.8 mm (TH-0.8 series)
  (It can also be used for different board thickness.)
• Please use through hole tap only on through hole board. (It is not designed to be used for one-sided board and non-through hole board.)
• Please use auto-recognition type for automatic mounter.
