Characteristic

  • Insulation resistance: When measured between the nearest conductors at the specified voltage, it is 1,000 MΩ or more.
  • Withstand voltage: No short circuit or other abnormalities occur even when the specified voltage is applied between the closest conductors for one minute.
  • Contact resistance: When a pair of contacts is joined to the correct length, the conductor resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
  • Vibration resistance: When a vibration test was performed, there was no functional problem and the contact resistance was 5 mΩ or less.
  • Impact: When an impact test is performed, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
  • Moisture resistance: After a humidity test, there is no functional impairment and the insulation resistance is 10 MΩ or more.
  • Temperature cycle: After the temperature cycle test, there is no functional problem and the insulation resistance is 1,000 MΩ or more.
  • Salt spray: After conducting the salt spray test, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
