CFK (Hiflon electric wire)
FLUOROCARBON POLYMER FLEXIBLE ELECTRICAL WIRE
Hiflon electric wire consists of a plated soft-annealed copper or alloy conductor insulated by a coating of fluorocarbon polymer. Fluorocarbon polymer possesses such excellent properties as having the lowest conductivity of any plastic insulation, high insulating durability and resistance to heat, permitting manufacture of more reliable communications cables, smaller and lighter wiring and heat-resistant wiring. Fluorocarbon wires are indispensable for improving performance compactness and precision of electrical components.
STRUCTURE
Tin-plated soft annealed copper, or bare soft copper wire of flexible composition insulated by extruded coating of PFA polymer.
FEATURES
Same features as CFN but with greater flexibility.
REMARKS
Three types, of electrical ratings of 250V 600V and 1000V, are available.
