Characteristic
- Insulation resistance: When measured between the nearest conductors at the specified voltage, it is 2,000 MΩ or more.
- Withstand voltage: No short circuit or other abnormalities occur even when the specified voltage is applied between the closest conductors for one minute.
- Contact resistance: When a pair of contacts is joined to the correct length, the conductor resistance is 3 mΩ or less.
- Vibration resistance : When subjected to vibration testing, there is no functional impairment and the contact resistance is 3 mΩ or less.
- Impact: When an impact test is performed, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 3 mΩ or less.
- Moisture resistance: After a humidity test, there is no functional impairment and the insulation resistance is 10 MΩ or more.
- Temperature cycle: After the temperature cycle test, there is no functional problem and the insulation resistance is 2,000 MΩ or more.
- Salt spray: After conducting the salt spray test, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 3 mΩ or less.
