Characteristic
- Insulation resistance: When measured between the nearest conductors at the specified voltage, it is 2,000 MΩ or more.
- Withstand voltage: No short circuit or other abnormalities occur even when the specified voltage is applied between the closest conductors for one minute.
- Contact resistance: When a pair of contacts is joined to the correct length, the conductor resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
- Vibration resistance : When a vibration test was performed, there was no functional problem and the contact resistance was 5 mΩ or less.
- Impact: When an impact test is performed, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
- Moisture resistance: After a humidity test, there is no functional impairment and the insulation resistance is 10 MΩ or more.
- Temperature cycle: After the temperature cycle test, there is no functional problem and the insulation resistance is 2,000 MΩ or more.
- Salt spray: After conducting the salt spray test, there is no functional problem and the contact resistance is 5 mΩ or less.
- Waterproof: After being left under 40kPa water pressure for 24 hours under normal use conditions, there is no sign of water ingress.
Insert
Align the plug and receptacle guides and push them straight in. (Because it is a five-key system, you can align the guides by placing the plug on the receptacle and rotating the plug.)
Note: When inserting, do not twist the coupling nut.
Removal
Rotate the coupling nut 45° to the left in the direction of the arrow and pull it out.
Note: Do not twist the end bell when removing it.
