SF/SCF (Hiflon electric wire)

FLUOROCARBON POLYMER FINE ELECTRIC WIRE

Hiflon electric wire consists of a plated soft-annealed copper or alloy conductor insulated by a coating of fluorocarbon polymer. Fluorocarbon polymer possesses such excellent properties as having the lowest conductivity of any plastic insulation, high insulating durability and resistance to heat, permitting manufacture of more reliable communications cables, smaller and lighter wiring and heat-resistant wiring. Fluorocarbon wires are indispensable for improving performance compactness and precision of electrical components.

STRUCTURE

Super fine wire insulated with FEP or PFA resin coating of less than 0.1mm by special extrusion techniques.

FEATURES

Excellent resistance to heat and cold. Outstanding electrical, mechanical and chemical properties.
